Volunteer Opportunities
The talent and contributions of volunteers are vital to the growth and prosperity of Emerald Coast Writers, Volunteers are desperately needed. A small amount of your time and talents will help ECW become a literary force along the Emerald Coast, assist area writers to realize their writing and publishing goals, and secure an educational and inspiring quot;place" for area writers to meet, mingle, and network. We appreciate your willingness to help out.

Please check all that apply to areas where you can offer your experience and expertise.

Committee Chairperson to assist in planning and organizational needs. (Examples: bylaws, policies and procedures, finance, literary contest, web site upkeep, public relations, program planning, etc.)

Contributing writer who will submit local happenings, articles related to writing, etc. via email to the President for posting on our email community and/or on our web site.

Member who will deliver flyers advertising ECW to local libraries, bookstores and educational facilities. (Flyers will be mailed to you from the home office)

Coordinate advertising needs.(Examples: placing articles and meeting announcements in local newspapers, a link on your web site, a listing on your email signature, information on your business and promotional cards.)

Serve on task force to help with the planning and promotion of our yearly workshops.

Serve as a reader of entries to our yearly literary journal.
