CONFERENCE MEETING LOCATION:
Fort Walton Beach is located in the panhandle of Florida. With our crystal white sand and clear, emerald waters, your stay will be memorable!

Our host site, the Ramada Inn of Fort Walton Beach, sits on the one of the most beautiful beaches on the Gulf of Mexico! Early Registration begins at 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Nearest Airport: (w/shuttle service available)
    FWB-Valparaiso (VPS) - is 20-30 minutes to/from the beach

Nearby Airports:
     Pensacola Regional Airport (PNS) is 60-90 minute drive
     Panama City/Bay County International Airport (PCN) is 60-90 minute drive


Directions - coming from the west (Pensacola): Conference site is approx. 60 miles east of Pensacola.
Staying on Highway 98, you'll travel east through the towns of Navarre and Mary Esther, and through the downtown section of Fort Walton Beach. Cross over Brooks Bridge and through the intersection, staying on Highway 98. The Ramada Plaza Beach Resort will be on your right approx 3/10 of a mile - just past the next stoplight.

Directions - coming from the east (Panama City and Destin): Conference sit is approx. 90 miles west of Panama City, 2 miles west of the Destin Bridge.
Head west on Highway 98. As you leave Destin and cross the Destin Bridge, stay on the beach highway until you reach the outskirts of Fort Walton Beach. Ramada Beach Resort will be on your left (For reference the Emerald Coast Conference Center will be on your right). Do not cross over Brooks Bridge - or you've gone too far.
